By purchasing, signing up, or using this site, you agree to these terms.

1. Products and Services

AI Hustle Starter Pack offers the following paid products:

  • Newsletter ($9/mo) — monthly email content including lessons, tool breakdowns, and AI side hustle strategy. Billed monthly. Cancel any time.
  • PRO ($36/mo) — physical workbook shipped to your address, access to 10 video lessons hosted on this site, and the monthly newsletter. Billed monthly. Cancel any time.
  • VIP ($96/mo) — everything in PRO plus a GoHighLevel sub-account, website building curriculum, GHL playbooks, Discord community access, and priority support. Billed monthly. Cancel any time.

All subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access through the period you paid for.

2. Digital Access

Upon purchase, you will receive an email with a link to access your lessons. Lesson content is hosted on aihustlestarter.com and delivered via embedded video. You must use the link provided in your welcome email to access your content.

Access is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, distribute, resell, or reproduce course content without written permission.

3. Physical Workbook

The physical workbook is shipped to the address you provide at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses.

Workbooks ship within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery time depends on your carrier and location. Tracking information will be available via your TikTok Shop order page or purchase confirmation.

4. Refund Policy

Digital products and subscriptions: Due to the instant nature of digital access, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on subscriptions once a billing period has begun. If you believe there is an error with your charge, contact us within 7 days via the Support page.

Physical workbook: If your workbook arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of your expected delivery date and we will arrange a replacement.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your lesson access link with others
  • Reproduce, copy, or resell any course content
  • Use course content to create a competing product
  • Attempt to access areas of the site you are not authorized to access

Violation of these terms may result in termination of your access without refund.

6. Income Disclaimer

Results described in our content — including any income figures, timelines, or examples — are not guaranteed. Individual results depend on effort, experience, market conditions, and many factors outside our control. Nothing on this site constitutes a guarantee of earnings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Hustle Starter Pack is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or site. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
